Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy explains how PropManager ("we", "us") handles personal data that you share through this website, propmanager.in. PropManager is a sole proprietorship operating in India. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form:
your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
who you are (for example owner, NRI owner, PG operator, broker or tenant) and what you are interested in;
the city, locality, type and size of the property, and your message.
We also store the page the enquiry was sent from, your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use only to stop spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a property assessment or quote you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Consent
You give consent by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@propmanager.in; we will then delete your enquiry unless the law requires us to keep it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received. If you become a client, the records needed for our service are kept under the terms of your management agreement.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this website:
Supabase (database and file storage);
Vercel (website hosting and cookie-free visitor statistics);
Resend (sending enquiry emails).
They process data only on our instructions and only for these purposes. Some of them may store data outside India.
Cookies and statistics
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you. The admin area of the website uses a sign-in cookie for staff only.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
tell you what personal data we hold about you;
correct or complete inaccurate data;
erase your data;
nominate another person to exercise your rights.
Grievances
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, write to contact@propmanager.in. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
